DINE Healthy establishes the medical practice as facilitators of patients’ nutritional health. This is better than
reliance on static diets or providing generalized dietary guidelines. The medical team can receive day-to-day food
records to closely assist patients with their food choices and physical activity behaviors. DINE Healthy takes the
guess-work out of food selections and checks for energy balance. It provides a mechanism for nutrient analysis to
identify patients that are consuming diets high in fat, sodium, sugar and cholesterol and low in fiber and calcium.
The medical team can develop dietary goals with patients that can be electronically reviewed to confirm compliance.
Between office visits patients, the patients’ software can be used to monitor their caloric intake and energy balance.
DINE Healthy will:
- enable health professionals to monitor the food choices and nutritional habits of their patients,
- promote patient energy balance and health, and
- encourage communication between physicians and their patients.

| Corporate Wellness Programs |
Poor nutrition and lack of physical activity are factors in the
development of heart disease, certain cancers, stroke, and high blood
pressure. Adult onset diabetes is on the upswing and an epidemic of
overweight and obesity exists in the U.S. Poor nutrition is the leading
contributor to medical expenses, premature death and disability.
DINE Healthy establishes the corporation as
being a facilitator of its employees’ wellness and nutritional
health. This method is more effective than the distribution
of pamphlets describing static diets, providing generalized
dietary and weight management guidelines, or offering
sporadic, short-term weight reduction programs.
With DINE Healthy , employees can monitor their
food choices, calories and physical activity behaviors over
time. The reports take the guesswork out of food
selections and energy balance.
Employees can identify whether they are consuming diets
that are too high in fat, sodium, sugar and cholesterol and
too low in fiber and calcium. Employees can develop
dietary goals that can be electronically reviewed for
continuous improvement.
DINE Healthy will:
- Improve employee morale and job satisfaction,
- Increase employee productivity,
- Reduce employee illness and absenteeism,
and
- Improve the corporate image to the community and to potential
employees.

choices can be electronically monitored to improve physical performance. DINE Healthy saves time, adds
proficiency, increases compliance and over time ensures success.

players involved. Players’ physiological and nutritional status can markedly affect their ability to maximize
performance in athletic events.

- enhance performance during high stress athletic events,
- provide for post-event recovery,
- decrease the risk of injury,
