"In 1990 the Dine Healthy program was one of the first computer programs I used to coincide with a classroom lecture. I remember that it really didn't take too long to master the program and when I did use it I was able to internalize the material we learned in class. At the level I used it I was more interested in calories and fat percent and not so much about micronutrients and what they meant in the scheme of things and how they related to health.
