  1. Will DINE Healthy plan diets for me?

    DINE Healthy does not generate a specific list of foods for you to eat. It goes beyond that to analyze your personal food records, point out problems with your diet and make suggestions for long term improvement.

  2. If I purchase the DINE Healthy single station, how many people's diets can I analyze?

    The DINE Healthy single station is capable of analyzing data for an unlimited number of individuals on a single computer.

  3. I am on a renal diet. Does DINE Healthy analyze protein, sodium, potassium and phosphorus?

    Yes. DINE Healthy analyzes those nutrients and provides sodium:potassium and calcium:phosphorus ratios. It also monitors animal and plant protein, and animal, fish and plant fat.

  4. Can I use DINE Healthy to analyze my recipes, and if so, how many can I enter?

    Yes. An unlimited number of recipes may be analyzed with DINE Healthy 7.

  5. How much time does it take to enter and analyze a one-day food record?

    This varies widely from person to person according to familiarity with the software and computer proficiency, but the typical user can expect to enter and analyze a one day food record in less than half an hour.

  6. Can I export the data to a spreadsheet (e.g. Excel) or to another application?

    You can use DINE Healthy 7 to print your data or save as PDF, but it cannot be used to export data for consumption by other programs.
