ActivitiesKeep the following major points in mind:
- Record EXACT TIMES, that is, the beginning and end of each physical activity period or exercise session.
- Categorize the activity into the basic components. Did the activity involve more standing and bending, walking and jogging, or slow running and fast running. Record the minutes at each level.
- Indicate your general plan and the amount of time that was spent at flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance.
- Rate the intensity of the physical activity or exercise in the appropriate column.
- Recollect the experience that you have with the activity or exercise. That is, if the activities are the same week after week or if this is a new activity or exercise.
