Activities

Keep the following major points in mind:
  1. Record EXACT TIMES, that is, the beginning and end of each physical activity period or exercise session.
  2. Categorize the activity into the basic components. Did the activity involve more standing and bending, walking and jogging, or slow running and fast running.  Record the minutes at each level.
  3. Indicate your general plan and the amount of time that was spent at flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance.
  4. Rate the intensity of the physical activity or exercise in the appropriate column.
  5. Recollect the experience that you have with the activity or exercise.  That is, if the activities are the same week after week or if this is a new activity or exercise.
